Firms have to focus on finding the right people and defining the roles to succeed with data governance, according to a panel of end-users at the Copenhagen Financial Information Summit.
Data governance discussions often highlight the importance of finding the optimal organizational structure, but panelists at the conference said it is more about the actual people. As long as the firm has the right people and the roles are well-defined, it is less important whether market and reference data
