BATS Europe Broadens Scope of BATS+ Primary
European multilateral trading facility, BATS Europe, has expanded coverage of its BATS+ Primary order type - originally launched in June for UK-listed securities - to include securities listed in Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon and Frankfurt.
BATS+ Primary orders first execute against displayed and non-displayed liquidity on BATS' order books, and then onward route the unfilled portion of the order to primary markets as an immediate-or-cancel order.
BATS+ Primary orders are priced at 0.28
