FactSet Launches Single-Name Security Exposure Analysis Tool

FactSet, the Connecticut-based data vendor, has released its new exposure analysis product to help firms monitor single-name exposure.

The new offering, as reported in Inside Reference Data in August 2010, combines client portfolio data with entity reference data to support risk management processes. This enables users to evaluate exposure to a specific security or all securities related to an issuer, including common equity, preferred stock, debt, equity options and credit default swaps.
