The system can be used to monitor electronic trading infrastructures for thousands of events, including algorithm-driven trading anomalies, unusual bursts of traffic, unusual market data values, technology glitches and operational errors. Once it detects an event, the system generates real-time alerts that can be fed directly into clients’ proprietary risk mitigation systems, which can then automatically enforce position limits or message-rate caps, activate kill switches, or perform load
