NYSE Delays Order Imbalance Data Fees─Again

The new fees─which introduce monthly per-user fees of $15 and $10 for the NYSE and NYSE MKT data, respectively for professional users, and non-professional user fees of $5 for each market, in addition to the existing $500 access fee and $500 indirect access/redistribution fee for each market─were originally announced in June and scheduled to take effect in September, but were delayed until January 2014.

The exchange has not set a new date for when the fees will take effect, saying only that the
