NYSE Overhauls Non-Display Data Fees
The new policy, which will take effect on Sept. 1, 2014, subject to approval from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, covers non-display use of all real-time index data and US securities and options market data from the NYSE, NYSE MKT, NYSE Arca, and NYSE Amex Options markets, where non-display relates to “accessing, processing or consuming NYSE data products, market data or NYSE market information delivered via direct and/or redistributor data feeds, for a purpose other than in support
