Japan Real Estate Institute Takes Over Tokyo Exchange Home Price Index Calculation
The index--which TSE has calculated since April 2011--provides an indicator of used real estate prices in Tokyo and the surrounding metropolitan area, covering used condominium prices in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama.
