CME Enlists TickSmith for Datamine Revamp
The vendor's tick data management platform will form the basis of a revamped CME Datamine historical data portal.
CME Datamine provides more than 450 terabytes of historical data that clients can use to uncover insights and trading opportunities, including market depth, end-of-day and block trade data.
Craig Mohan, managing director of market technology and data services at CME Group, says TickVault will allow the exchange to deliver this historical data simply, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
