Derivatives Service Bureau Opens UAT Platform for ISINs on OTC Products
The formal testing period will last until October 2017, when DSB's User Acceptance Testing platform will start producing ISINs ahead of Mifid II.
The platform will also generate additional attributes mandated by Mifid II, such as the Classification of Financial Instruments (CFI) and the Financial Instrument Short Name (FISN) ISO standard values.
Sassan Danesh, managing partner at Etrading Software and member of the DSB, tells WatersTechnology that UAT is bridging the gap between the standards used by the regulators and many market participants.
