Walters has also held various roles at Omgeo and its owners DTCC and Thomson Reuters.
Walters was most recently chief commercial officer at data extraction and analytics software vendor Vladis, prior to which he was managing director and global head of sales and partners at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp.
Before that, he held various positions at DTCC joint venture Omgeo, including global head of sales, head of EMEA business, and product management, business development director, and chief of staff to the chief executive, and as finance and operations director at Thomson
