Startup VendEx Debuts VKey Data Contract Management Tool
VKey will extract and present key terms from financial firms' data contracts, enabling them to better understand how they can use the data they pay for.
VendEx Solutions, the San Francisco-based technology spinoff from consultancy International Solutions Network, has unveiled its first product, VKey, a tool that identifies key terms and conditions in vendor contracts, to support compliance with data licenses.
