MIAX taps DataBP for exchange data licensing, custom contracts

To support planned growth of its data business, the exchange group has implemented DataBP’s platform to strengthen its licensing process and scale up its distribution capabilities in anticipation of end-user demand.

Miami International Holdings, the owner of the MIAX group of options, equities and futures exchanges, has deployed DataBP’s platform to digitize and automate licensing and billing for data from its marketplaces, as the exchange group braces for a scale-up and an expansion of its data business.

MIAX started talking to DataBP around the start of this year, with the aim of getting a firmer grip on data licensing and administration, in preparation for increased growth in demand for its data. The
