Bloomberg expands user access to new AI document search tool

An evolution of previous AI-enabled features, the new capability allows users to search terminal content as well as their firm’s proprietary content by asking natural language questions.

Bloomberg has launched an expanded beta testing phase for its new Document Search and Analysis function, which enables buy-side analysts and other users to query the universe of data and documents available in the Bloomberg terminal—as well as their own documents, such as broker research—by asking questions in everyday language to receive answers and create unique datasets.
