EDM Council expands reach with Object Management Group merger

The rebranded EDM Council now includes members from industries outside financial services.

Data industry body EDM Association (formerly known as the EDM Council) has inked a deal to acquire standards body Object Management Group. The deal will expand the organization’s membership across industries and allow it to strengthen its position in standards development.
