Newcomer 24X National Exchange has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an exemption from the requirement that the securities information processors (SIPs) be fully functional in order for 24X to operate in the overnight trading session, according to sources familiar with the matter.

WatersTechnology understands that once the filing is published in the Federal Register—which sources say will happen in the next week—it will be open for public comment for at least 30 days
