Symphony, long synonymous with messaging and communication, introduced an agent studio earlier this year that allows users to create agents that sit alongside their chat and voice functions. More recently, TS Imagine introduced an AI platform, TSIQ, that uses agents for tasks such as pre-market analysis, pre-trade decision support, execution analysis, cross-asset risk, compliance, and reporting.
