EMS to Offer ASP-Based Market Data Mgmt. Service

LONDON--Emerging Sciences Limited (EMS) plans to provide banks with an ASP-based market data management service called EMS Bureau. The service should be available by the end of the year.

EMS will track the vendor, exchange and specialist services that traders are permissioned to use, services pricing and moves, ads and changes of users. The company will then input this information into a database and make the information available in reports. Market data administrators will be given browser
