Re “ANNA Redrafting Rules to Combat CUSIP” (Dec. 20): the ANNA board has been given power to prepare changes to ANNA’s articles of incorporation and present those changes for members to vote on at the next AGM, rather than merely investigate how to go about it. In addition, whereas IMD stated that a resolution had “endorsed the principle of charging only enough for ISIN databasing to cover the costs of the numbering agencies,” ANNA does not support any licensing of ISIN numbers.
