News From K-R: Sales Staff Walk; New Group Bows

A pattern of sales-staff attrition at Knight-Ridder Financial/Americas -- which began last year following the institution of a new net-commission plan -- appears to be continuing. Four sales executives, including two veterans, have recently left the vendor. Meanwhile, separately, the vendor has moved ahead with launching a new project management group to provide technical support to customers.
