XTF Forms Data Utility with ETF Sponsors
XTF has partnered with Frankfurt-based 4Asset Management, which provides a European ETF database, to help build the utility, dubbed the Exchange-Traded Fund Institute, and is enlisting European ETF sponsors to provide the underlying data. XTF has already signed up four firms of the 12 it has approached, officials say.
The vendor will also use the data it collects to create ratings on European ETFs, and came up with the idea for the utility after finding it hard to obtain reliable European ETF
