IS Innovative, OnVista to Merge

Two of Germany’s principal market data and technology vendors, IS Innovative Software and OnVista Technologies, are to merge, creating the largest provider of Internet-based market data systems in Europe, officials said last week.

OnVista Technologies, a provider of data delivery technologies and a subsidiary of technology and media services company OnVista AG, will be integrated into market data and display applications vendor IS Innovative Software. In return, parent OnVista will hold 31.5
