Scotiabank Builds SMF as Part of New Front-Office Trading Platform
TORONTO - Scotiabank is in the middle of building an internal securities master file (SMF) that will be integrated with the Anvil ARTS trading room platform.
The Anvil ARTS suite will be integrated with Bloomberg feeds that include external master securities data and corporate actions. The system will also automate manual input in to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and the Canadian Depository for Securities settlement utilities.
