Vendors Expand Ref Data BPO Offerings as Market Matures
While the use of business process outsourcing services has continued to increase in popularity in many industries, vendors have also started to see increased traction in reference data, resulting in enhanced offerings coming out.
In December, Boston-based business process outsourcing company Patni Computer Systems entered the financial data management market with an end-to-end managed reference data service. The reason behind this launch was the apparent need for change in data management.
