The British-born masseuse who visits our office once a week is moving abroad - and she is not the only one. As the markets continue to tumble to record lows, financial centres such as London are becoming less and less attractive, and the number of empty flats in the city centres' new developments, typically popular with Euro-migrants, is rapidly increasing.
