IBM and SunGard Voted Top Dogs in Data Management Awards

NEW YORK - IBM and SunGard Data Management Systems (SDMS) came out on top for reference data management in the fourth annual Waters Rankings. The readers of Inside Reference Data's sibling publication, Waters magazine, picked the industry's best providers of financial services tools and services.
