Slaine Takes Reins at Interactive Data
Interactive Data has appointed Mason Slaine as its new chairman, president and chief executive. Slaine was president and CEO of Thomson Financial from 1994 to 1996 and is currently chairman of MLM Information Services, a tax compliance software vendor he founded in 2005 with private equity firm Warburg Pincus, which recently completed its buyout of Interactive Data with Silver Lake. Former CEO Ray D'Arcy has been named vice chairman of the vendor, and will serve as a senior adviser.
