Burgundy Slams Verizon Over Co-Lo Clash
Nordic multilateral trading facility Burgundy and its technology provider Cinnober have filed a complaint with authorities in Sweden against Verizon Business, after work to relocate Burgundy’s primary matching engine to the telecoms giant’s Lunda datacenter on the outskirts of Stockholm was abruptly halted by Verizon.
The complaint, which was submitted to the Swedish Competition Authority last week, claims that Verizon is in breach of Swedish laws governing anti-competitive business practices.
