SS&C Closes Deal with Primatics Financial
The Windsor, Conn.-based company finalizes yet another deal during what has been an eventful year.

Primatic's flagship product is the Evolv platform, which is a cloud-based integrated risk, compliance and financial solution aimed at the end-to-end process in the loan lifecycle. SS&C adds 384 employees through the acquisition.
"Today SS&C has added significant value to its integrated solution portfolio and deepened our loan expertise," said Bill Stone, chairman and chief executive officer of SS&C, in a statement. "Originating, buying, servicing, securitizing, reserving, selling and reporting throughout the loan lifecycle creates tremendous value. Primatics' cloud-based Evolv solution is already widely adopted among North American banks and we're excited to leverage Primatics intellectual property."
Primatics marks the fifth large acquisition SS&C has made this year. Earlier this fall, Bill Stone spoke to WatersTechnology about the deals SS&C has made.
