ZURICH--UBS Asset Management has licensed Financial Models Co.'s Pacer system for portfolio management along with several other applications from the Toronto-based vendor. It is one of the few pre-merger technology initiatives undertaken by Union Bank of Switzerland to survive its pending consolidation with Swiss Bank Corp.
