First Call to Launch Fixed-Income Version Of Research Direct

Thomson Financial Services' First Call unit is currently beta testing Bondcall Reports, a fixed-income version of its Research Direct full-text, graphical equity research report service. The product is being tested at several sites, including Merrill Lynch and Citicorp Securities. First Call plans to launch two versions of Bondcall Reports--one version will be available via the Internet and the other will be provided on the vendor's Research Direct platform.
