SS&C Technologies recently brought David Stoner on board to take over day-to-day operations as president and chief operating officer. While SS&C founder William Stone is relinquishing the president post, he will continue as CEO. The upper-echelon shuffle at the Bloomfield, Conn.-based vendor comes at a time when SS&C is preparing to defend itself in a pair of lawsuits brought by disgruntled shareholders.
