Thomson Financial Launches Customer Care Online

BOSTON--The Thomson Financial Portfolio Solutions Group has fully launched its Customer Care Online service, enabling clients to troubleshoot systems issues via the Web. The service, which initially went live in the spring of 2001, now includes functionality for resolutions searches.
In addition to submitting new cases to Thomson Financial’s Customer Care service desk, clients may employ the browser-based service to canvass a resolutions database and to review and track the status of previously
