"Historically, only the biggest firms with the biggest wallets were able to spend the money on low-latency networks and software that need to be in place to run electronic trading infrastructures," says Murray White, senior vice president, global connectivity with NYSE Technologies. The addition of a hosted OMS offering is the latest part of NYSE
