BayernLB Rolls Out Etrali Turrets
The Etrali Mach 3D turret can be used in one of two modes—IP or time division multiplexing (TDM)—and runs on the Etrali Voice Platform. The latest version of Etrali Mach 3D, dubbed V36, features automated international dialing functionality as well as multiple IP addressing mechanisms meant to facilitate business continuity.
BayernLB traders vetted several systems before selecting the Etrali turret, according to Jeff Hunt, IT desktop support director at the bank. Hunt says the traders favored
