ICE Opens New York Trading Center
NEW YORK—The IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) opened its new electronic trading facility last week to help migrate New York Board of Trade (Nybot) traders from floor to off-floor trading late last week, exchange officials tell DWT.
"We saw a unique opportunity to leverage our location in lower Manhattan and our technology to address the demand for participation in ICE's growing derivatives marketplace," says Jeffrey Sprecher, chairman and CEO of ICE.
