LONDON-Orange Business Services-Trading Solutions has linked its trading network to Chi-X Europe Ltd., officials announced today, March 30. The connection enables Orange customers to join liquidity pools and meet their best-execution obligations in the post-Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid) environment, say officials. The vendor has also added a new point of presence (PoP) in Seoul. The new location will provide the vendor's Asia-based customers
