TSE, NYSE Euronext Ramp Up Tech Alliance

The NYSE Euronext technologists are expected to arrive during the next several months, and offer recommendations for improving the TSE's network management, operation and system capacity as the Japanese exchange upgrades to a new infrastructure, says Tetsuo Otashiro, head of international planning with the TSE.
