CREDITEX, CREDITTRADE MERGE
Two of the largest vendors in credit derivatives voice, hybrid and electronic execution, Creditex and CreditTrade, have announced the completion of their merger. The transaction has received both NASD and FSA approval. The merged entity, Creditex Group Inc., will have a significant presence in North America, the U.K., Europe, and Asia, officials say.
