Activ Financial Builds London Hub for UK Exchange Data
The datacenter, hosted at a third-party facility in London's Docklands, comprises a full ticker plant for collecting direct feeds from the London Stock Exchange, the London Metal Exchange and NYSE Euronext's Liffe derivatives market. Firms with trading systems hosted in the same facility will be able to cross-connect to the ticker plant or connect from remote locations via telecom providers' existing connections to the center.
Activ already collects feeds from the LME and Liffe via its New York
