The new network, which is scheduled to go live in January, will initially provide access to the Chicago Board Options Exchange and IntercontinentalExchange, though the vendor is in discussions with other venues and their members, and has around a dozen hedge funds and quantitative trading shops in its client pipeline, officials say.
