RAN Revamps Web ‘Squawks'
The site enables users to access real-time news and commentary, delivered via audio "squawks," without the security problems associated with deploying the installed-software version of the product because IT security staff at the larger trading firms may be reluctant to open their firewalls.
The site provides squawk commentary covering asset classes including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and energy, and a "gold" package that includes all four asset classes.
