KBC Begins Data Control Project
The project originally stems from KBC's creation of a market data competence center in Brussels in June 2006, to manage relationships with all of the bank's key data vendors globally, and establish a view of data spend for optimizing contracts and service provision, says Jan Oosterlinck, market data service manager at the bank.
In the first phase of the project, which went live in December last year, KBC began using the InfoMatch inventory management software from Dutch vendor Screen Consultants
