eSignal Sites Add Real-Time BATS Data
The data, which comprises bid, ask and last sale prices on stocks listed on Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange but traded on BATS, went live on the Web sites on Sept. 4, and is designed to provide greater transparency to investors, by replacing delayed exchange data previously carried on the sites.
The vendor is also in the process of adding BATS' full depth-of-book data to the sites, though officials decline to confirm when this will be available.
