Activ Financial is using the Arcstar IP-VPN of NTT America, the US subsidiary of Japan's NTT Communications Corp., to provide connectivity between Activ's Chicago base and Tokyo offices, and from next month will use NTT's datacenters and networks to connect its offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.
