First Call Rolls Internet Version Of Research Direct

Thomson Financial Services Inc.'s First Call Corp. is offering an Internet version of its Research Direct service, targeted to small institutional investment firms. First Call claims two clients for the Research Direct Internet service and a dozen trials under way. Other First Call products, such as Morning Notes and Earnings Estimates, are scheduled for Internet release in the first half of next year.
