UK ISVs Add Bond Data, Trading
INSIDE MARKET DATA FIXED INCOME SPECIAL REPORT
Two UK-based market data and trading software vendors are adding bond data and trading capabilities from fixed-income platform Bondscape.net to their Web-based equity products in a bid to capitalize on growing interest in bond markets and bonds linked to UK-listed equities.
Bondscape was launched in June 2001 by Winterflood Securities, Barclays Capital and HSBC, each of which provide competing two-way bid and offer pricing on UK and European corporate bonds, gilts and European government bonds.
