London's Securities and Investment Board has delayed approval of Nordex, Transvik Ltd.'s proposed screen-based exchange dealing in nonrestricted Scandinavian Equities. Inception date for Transvik's London-based anonymous automated order-matching system was pushed back from June 20th because of administrative error. Many of Nordex's proposed stocks already trade in greater volume in London than in Scandinavia.
