Quotron Buys Into Chapdelaine, Gets Rights To Chats Data

Citicorp subsidiary Quotron Systems Inc. has concluded an agreement with Chapdelaine Government Securities Inc. giving it exclusive rights to market and distribute the Chapdelaine Automated Trading System (CHATS), as well as exclusive redistribution rights to CHATS prices.
CHATS is an automated interdealer trading system for Treasury securities, and an arm's-length subsidiary of Chapdelaine, a privately held interdealer broker. In addition to marketing and distribution rights to CHATS, Quotron
