The Thomson Financial/Primark merger is scheduled to close on Sept. 12. Inside Market Data expects Thomson Financial to disclose the new major management structure and major policy issues after the transaction is completed. These will be covered in detail in the Sept. 18 issue of IMD.

has announced that on Oct. 3 trading will not take place on Xetra or on the floor of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and German equity and index products will not be traded on Eurex.
