Xvertical Narrows Development of Magnet

Chicago-based Xvertical Information Services is no longer developing Magnet, its market data management system, to sell to new customers, although it continues to support and develop the product for existing clients.
"There are currently no scheduled release dates for updates to Magnet," says founder Leo Swiontek. However, Xvertical continues to add features to both versions 4.5 and 5.0 when requested and paid for by individual clients. Swiontek says the company is currently working on
